The department of Sports in the Ministry of Culture was created to celebrate athletic activities and victories of the citizens of Westarctica. If you're a citizen engaging in a sporting activity, please reach out to the Deputy Minister so we can promote you!
THE ICE KRAKENS
The Westarctica Ice Krakens are an ice hockey team practicing and playing in the New England area. They have been representing our nation on the ice for over five years and many of the members also serve as Honorary Consuls in our diplomatic corps.
BOXING
In 2024, Grand Duke Travis began competing as an amateur Boxer registered with USA Boxing. His first fight, in May 2024, was an exhibition bout stopped in the second round in the Grand Duke's Favor.
His next first is scheduled for May 10, 2025.
